I’ve recently hired Pearl engineers to be the structural engineers for my extension and renovation project. Right from the start, Mojo was very prompt in his responses to arrange a visit on the site and very clear on his explanations of what needs to be done.
I feel like he’s really listened to all my queries and considerations.
Moreover, Mojo helped in finding the right contractors for the project. I have found that he was also always willing to help and quick with his responses for any queries that came about once the project had started.
Overall, I would recommend Pearl engineers and would use them again if the opportunity arises.

I'm a builder myself and majo help a lot on this project where another structural engineer from another company he mess the driwings and the fundations never been check by a structural engineer up so we find majo on Bark and he come on site did hrs checks update the drowings fore the building inspector and send us the right driwings to work with he's very good structural engineers sbd he checks on hes customer so I recommend him to anther Costumers if it was 10 star I give him thank you

I had a major party wall and shallow foundation dugout by my neighbour which he doesn’t conform to regulations.As a result I requested an emergency appointment on the portal , MOJO, answered my request with a follow up email and phone calls and I was very fortunate to have met him.
. He articulated his concerns and recommended solutions to mitigate against the potential impacts and risks of the foundation.. He followed up with several phone calls to ensure my contractor is adhering to his plan of execution.
