We worked with Megan for my sisters anniversary party which was also a surprise engagement and she was brilliant. She had great communication on the weeks before the party, felt extremely trustworthy and had very reasonable hourly rates. On the night of the party she was punctual, friendly and took a great mix of candids and posed shots. I felt she had good initiative of who to take photos of and also took direction really well when we wanted something specific. What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Light, composition, good camera knowledge, experience, and lastly, a good eye.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I will need to know basic information such as time, date and location etc. I will also need to know of any particular shots the client will want for the day. Plus any particular moments during the day such as, 'cutting of the cake' or 'important speeches' that the client would like me to capture.
What do you love most about your job?
I absolutely love doing events because I get to shoot candidly, that and working with different people at different locations. It's very exciting and keeps me stimulated.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My love for photography and my desire to be self employed.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because I am dedicated and compromising, I Listen to my clients to make sure I capture their day the way they want it. I have a passion for events in particular and that makes me perfect for special occasions.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Remote. I am an event photographer so my work is done in the field. I do all my editing online once the event is finished and i have the raw images.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
This would only really depend on if the client wishes me to take precautions. such as face mask, distancing and hand sanitiser.
