Negative =cost: unclear pricing; told £47.50/£57.50 per half-hour dependant upon need for use of power tools. Actual cost was both sums, + VAT totalling £126 which, despite assertions from the company that their pricing is clearly explained, was a shock.
However the speed of response.
Positive = speedy response, availability and communication re. ETA. Good job, successfully navigated but with hindsight, a power wash of my drains may have been sufficient & could have done myself!

As explained during our phone conversation, the cost of labor is £47.50 per half-hour, with an additional £57.50 per half-hour for any plant use, if required. This pricing is also clearly communicated upon arrival, when our engineers review the details with you and ask for your confirmation by signing an agreement, ensuring you are fully happy with the price before any work is carried out. I was given a verbal quote and that evening received an email with written details of the findings and confirmation of the cost. A thoroughly professional service.
