O’Connor Landscapes were recommended to us from a friend who were more than happy with their driveway and patio. We made contact and immediately received a professional reply offering a no obligation quote.

Frank (Director) arrived and gave a fair quote (middle of the range). We showed him a photo we had found on the internet of the kind of job we would like and commissioned his team to undertake the work. They exceeded our expectations from start to finish and our driveway looks 100% better than the photo we showed him!

Frank clearly cares and has OCD in ensuring perfection is achieved. He has excellent communication skills and we received daily updates with progress, his honest opinion and ensuring quality materials were used throughout the job. Frank’s main motivation in life is customer satisfaction and he has an excellent team of landscapers behind him who work like trojans.

The team included Frank (Director) , Alex (Chief landscaper) , Joe (Creative Cobbler and excellent brickwork), Douglas and Lee (both multi skilled) - all of whom were professional, friendly, reliable and demonstrated care and pride in their work. We have just had large patio areas and garden paths as well as fencing
erected spanning an area about 150 square metres by Frank O’Conner Landscaping Ltd. This area was before on several different levels and it is now on one level, so much safer for us.

From his website we could see that he had done a lot of good work
and was praised by his customers. This alone did not totally convince
us, but when talking to him for the first time about the work that needed
to be done, we were convinced that Frank O’Conner was the right man. And how right we were. He is the kindest and most thoughtful man you could find. Not only to us, the customer, but also to his workforce. A large team of
professionals of all ages, working in total harmony and very fast. Having been in the same trade before my retirement many years ago, the way everything was handled, was just wonderful to see. They worked together like a well adjusted family.

When first approached, Frank immediately knew what we wanted and he
came a few days later to discuss things in more detail. An estimate
arrived very promptly and us agreeing to it, took then only a few days for
work to commence. Because of his large professional workforce, the enormous and detailed areas, were done to our astonishment in 4 1/2 days and to our total satisfaction.

Frank was always available and adjustments were carried out without any fuss, great understanding and kindness. We are so very glad for having found Frank in the first place and can highly recommend his company.

We can now enjoy a garden that has been so beautifully transformed.

I had 4 quotes and went with Frank as he was the most knowledgeable, genial and genuine person. He was not the cheapest but you pay for what you get and I am 100% happy with my choice. Firstly the team he employs are hard working, polite and professional. They did a huge driveway and associated landscaping in 8 days. The finished work is amazing, simply perfect. Excellent customer service.

Installation of my in-laws wheelchair ramp and patio area had a number of tricky elements. Despite me having to co-ordinate things from a great distance, video updates were provided without asking and he liaised with all involved.

Frank was attentive to detail, the implementation of a wheelchair ramp was done sympathetically to blend into the garden landscape and enhance the features.

Frank originally did my whole driveway & back garden in July last year, so after being happy with everything he & his team originally did I had no hesitation hiring him again to fix the bad workmanship of a water company's shoddy contractors who had failed 4 times to reinstate the drive area they dug up to fix a leak.
Frank & team turned up & pulled up a big section of drive larger than needed to ensure it was done properly, put membrane down, sand & relaid block paving etc, Frank even highlighted how the water company had made the driveway edges not straight now by trying to follow the pavement line which made the blocks all have gaps in them in the middle of the drive where they tried to spread them out.
Frank made sure the driveway & subfloor were all level & true with new blocks to replace badly cut ones from water co at the edges, then at the edges any little gaps filled to meet the pavement, rather than trying to spread square blocks around curves or using slithers or block that would look messy.
Once again delighted with work performed by Frank & his team, to add to my previous feedback from having used Frank twice now, I would urge anyone to try Frank to see how nice it is to speak to a down to earth guy who will ensure work is completed to exceed your expectations and put you at ease.
