Having building works is stressful. Its time consuming, It's expensive and often confusing. When I researched NFA, I had read good things, but I have to say my experience far surpassed anything that I had read. The process was efficient, clear and reasonably priced. The dashboard gave clear indications of timescales and if I had questions, the staff were on hand to quell any concerns that I had, not that there were many. I submitted a Listed Buildings Consent application on the govt Planning Portal, which was found to be invalid due to a lack of architectural drawings. I checked with local planning department who said that I needed to use a planning agent. I found NFA Architectural Consultants online, Azeem was incredibly supportive and sent a surveyor out to measure up and prepared the necessary drawings and conservation area report.
