It’s unfortunate that I had such a bad experience with Nella.
I initially asked for a quote and was waiting for confirmation but she never got back to me.
I ended up waiting a week to do the end of tenancy clean and contacted her back. Nella said she would come and clean at last minute. The cleaning took longer than expected but I was happy for her to take as long as needed and requested Nella to put the key in the postbox - this was not done. I was told the key would be put in the postbox before a certain time, again this was not done. Nella also called the day after the cleaning was complete and asked me to pay for a taxi from her house to another job because she lost her card after leaving my property the night before; I was happy to do so but was reassured that she would pay me back - this also never happened. I relentlessly tried to retrieve my key from her as I had an inventory appointment that evening and she turned her phone off and never contacted me back until the next day. I STILL have not received my key back!!
I believe Nella enjoys her job, is good at cleaning but her customer service and professionalism is non existent. I am shocked that she calls this a business. Don’t waste your time or money on this business.

Absolutely appalling customer service. We arranged for a visit to look at the property and provide a quote for a regular cleaning. The lady was relentlessly insistent that we needed a deep clean which apparently would take 8 hrs, while we certainly didn't need one! I politely requested a quote for a regular weekly/fortnightly cleaning if they were interested, and they were meant to email me the details but I haven't heard back since. For curteousy, I tried calling them, even texting as I has to go back to other cleaners, but no answer. All I needed was a yes or a no. Nella and Ebbie were very professional, bathroom is sparkling clean and so is kitchen, she did clean oven and fridge as a compliment, I can highly recommend them and going to use them in future without any doubt

We use Nella Express for our Airbnb property and they do a good job in turning the property around and making sure the property ready for our next guests.
