When I spoke to him he said he'd put a plinth up. He didn't. New pole longer than the old one. He tried to use the holes of the centre bracket, which I'd already explained they had become useless. Reason why I was changing the pole. I heard him drilling,so thought job sorted. Now I'm left with the centre bracket way off where it should be. It isn't even level. More...

It was fitted close as possible to tbe centre but due to the original holes being filled with filler that wasn't set it was impossible to fit in that position.it was level when it was fitted as we used a sprit level.as the customer you where happy at time of work being done as you paid in full.
