Gary met with me twice to discuss my requirements for garden maintenance. He had promised to get back to me with a date to start the work discussed.
I appreciate that there may have been some issues outside of his control, however we are now 9 weeks on and I haven't heard from him with scheduled dates.
I had messaged a couple of times and received replies to the effect that he would be in touch - sadly that has not been the case.
Disappointed and frustrated with the lack of comms, I would have preferred honesty if the work I was asking for was not of interest to him. Sadly I am none the wiser as to the reasons for the lack of contact - I am left questionning the reliability of this service and have to assume I need to look elsewhere.
I cannot comment on the performance of the service as I clearly have not received it !

I had my first visit from Gary and his colleagues at Mo and Go they tackled my very over grown lawn with great gusto on the hottest day of the year and it’s looks amazing.
