Quick and professional

I had a great Experience using MMC to install a new EV charging point. Maurice was thorough and professional and did a great job. I will recommend his services

I posted my job on Bark one bank holiday weekend and within (less than) an hour Maurice from MMC had replied.
Despite the charger I had selected (after much investigation) not being on his current price list, he quoted (and agreed the reason for my selection).
He offered a price, time and date for installation, which he stuck to (which was ten weeks sooner than my energy supplier and the same price).
I not only selected MMC because of his positive manner and reviews from former clients but also because he was local to Basingstoke and didn't expect any payment (not even a deposit) until after the job was completed and checked.

So pleased I selected MMC, Maurice was brilliant, he turned up on time, we talked through the installation, his work was clean and tidy and he didn't leave until he was sure I was happy with his work and knew exactly how everything worked. I have every confidence I won't need to use his offer to return to help with any issues I (or the unit) might suffer in the next three years but it's a nice to have.

Decided on the Ohme Pro, and Maurice installed a few days later. He talked through options on where to place, and then manged the installation (which was slightly off a standard fit).

I’ve never found a contractor on line before but have found it has worked really well. The contractor turned up on the appointed day and time to do an electrical safety inspection. The inspection was completed as promised and I received a full inspection report, certificate and invoice the same evening and having checked with my tenants that all had been done satisfactorily I made my payment the same evening.
