We found Marketingchimp through a Google Ads forum as we had recently been suspended from Google Ads. Ben managed to get our account back up and running within 48 hours. Might be a slight premature review however after only 7 days with Marketingchimp we have been bombarded with enquiries with 85% of them converting to paying clients. If you are sitting on the fence, get off it and give them a go. They have completely changed our business. We were with another marketing agency and the quality of the leads were terrible. As a marketing manager who is used to setting up and running successful PPC campaigns, I was somewhat hesitant to use an external agency for our new business. I don't have the time to set up and manage another one myself, so I had a look around to see if any agencies specialised in generating roofing leads.

Marketingchimp have been excellent from the word go. Very helpful, transparent, and very responsive to queries and messages. We have had loads of leads and have converted around 40% of them which is more than enough to keep us busy and easily justify the monthly cost of our campaign.

Without spending a penny more to what we were spending before on google ads we have seen a huge uplift in leads.

We were previously spending an absolute fortune for very few leads the majority of which were of very low quality.

2 months after signing up to their Google Ads package we have had to employ more engineers to attend to jobs which was always a long distant vision which we couldn't ever get close to with the numerous other agencies we worked with in the past.

Ben took the time to create a return on investment forecast for my business which highlighted that Google Ads would not be the best platform for me due to my low sale price and the average cost per click. I asked Ben to run an audit on our account and the level of detail and recommendations he provided was astonishing, surpassing the audits received from other agencies.

There was zero pressure to use his service following the audit however, after a couple of days, I asked if he would take us on as a client.

A couple of weeks later all recommendations were applied to the account. Our main objective was to reduce our cost per conversion. Tick. We are now on track to having our best month since starting Google Ads 18 months ago.

There is a very personal touch to how Ben manages us as a client, we feel as if we were his only client. We communicate regularly through WhatsApp and answers ever question with a very detailed answer, which is very useful given that I am a novice when it comes to Google Ads.
