Manor Housekeeping Services responded to our advert for a deep clean . We had got a little behind with the housework and needed a good clean to get back on top of it . We went out and left them to it . On our return my wife and I thought we had walked into a different house . The house looked like a show home . We could not believe the transformation. These guys are the real deal. everything they promised they delivered , we are over the moon with our home , we have booked them for a Christmas clean .

We booked them to give our home a sparkle that we was moving into . Dannii even collected the keys from the estate agents so it would be ready on our arrival . Initially everything went as planned, the team arrived to perform an end of tenancy clean. I paid the deposit and remaining £250 before checking the work had been completed to a satisfactory standard - this is my error as I never would have paid her at all had I seen the state.
When I did check the work I noticed the most obvious areas had not been touched at all, skirting boards and stairs. Danielle apologised and offered to come back, TWICE after she provided an excuse as to why she couldn’t come, only letting me know this after I had messaged on both days asking her how the clean went - I had travelled an hour round trip four times to leave the keys and pick them up again.
On requesting a 50% refund due to the incompetence and my time wasted travelling and my fuel, I was told by Danielle it would only cost £20 to rectify with another cleaner so that’s all she would offer as a refund - which still has not been received!!!!
As she couldn’t see how she was in the wrong I ended the conversation and wished her the best for the future but this is definitely not a company I will use again and I certainly won’t recommend them.
Steer clear unless you can be present to make sure you get what you pay for! More...

Thankyou but you failed to mention your house was covered in animal hair . Unfortunately, even though we hoovered the carpet cleaner pulled up more hair that was ground in and it clearly shows on the photos on the skirting and stairs . You had a full house clean top to bottom . Only fault you found was some hair but demanded 50.% refund . You also failed to mention I am off work with norovirus hence I wasn’t able to come Monday , yes I should of messaged you to tell you but I was up all night and asleep in the day. I was also on holiday last week and couldn’t attend as our flight was late back . I still would have honoured this hoovering but you refused the offer . £20 for less than 30 minutes work was ample refund offer . After all you had all interior windows Doors and frames Skirting All bathrooms Hoovering Mopping All kitchen cupboards inside and out Hob and extractor Our only fault was a few bits of hair which the carpet cleaner pulled to the surface Many thanks

The deposit is non refundable and you was offered an alternative day time with over a weeks notice , you said no I’ll leave it . So not a true representation of what happened . Upon booking , within our terms all deposits are non refundable

Manor Housekeeping Services have absolutely transformed my house . I asked them to come and clean my house that I have just purchased . When I got the keys , I was disheartened at the state of the home the previous owner had left it in . Well in walked my cleaning fairy’s …..My bathrooms are sparkling so is my kitchen . Paid £400 for a full house clean including bins, carpet cleans and oven.

Only 2 out of 4 bins were cleaned, only half of the carpets cleaned (visible cleaning lines but for only half of the room), skirting boards not cleaned. Oven only half cleaned.

I hired this company as they came across professional and seemed to understand this was a military march out. I’ve been charged nearly £200 in charges from the military due to the poor standard of cleaning.

I requested a partial refund of £150 due to the astonishing cleaning. I’ve been sent £100 which is half of what my charges are.

This isn’t a true account as all the carpets was washed . The heating wasn’t left on for the carpet to have dryed . You was charged for the animal smell as damp carpets only enhance it . One very tiny skirting board was missed which we have photo evidence and the grill was missed with some crumbs . To say a poor standard isn’t a true reflection. We don’t usually clean bins but we washed as requested two that was in the out house . 2 brown bins was outside of the home which was on the grass verge near the road we assumed these had been left to be taken away as had rubbish in them . We have as a good Will gesture refunded £100 Your charges was extortion at £194 for a skirting that would take 1 second Grill less than 2 seconds and the bins are on your miscommunication. I think charging £80 for a grill wipe out and a skirting board at 10 inches is ludicrous. You’re entitled to your opinion if I could upload the photos in my response I will . We also offered to return to correct and you refused saying it’s been locked up Thankyou

Danni was very prompt is responding to my inquiry and willing to work with my schedule even though I was asking her to come out two days later on a Sunday; she even showed up a couple of minutes early, which was great. Very Impressed, will be using them agains

Arrived on time and completed all cleaning work to a very good standard.

Hired them to do an end of tenancy clean. They requested £280, I gave them £300 and told them to keep the change. I asked them to post the key through the letter box when they were finished as no one would be visiting the house for a few days. When I went to collect the key a few days later, I was shocked at how they had left it. They did a good job of the bathrooms and kitchen, but seemed to forget about the rest of the house. There was thick dust and a sticky mark left on the living room floor, half the skirting boards had been missed and they hadn't washed the doors and door frames like they said they would. They also left the back door open and didn't wash the window sills properly. I contacted them to see if it could be sorted amicably, but she responded with denial and attitude, so I went back to the house and took photos of the condition they had left it in and sent her the photos and instead of admiting they'd done a bad job and trying to correct it, she decided to ignore me instead. I paid a weeks wages to these people and I ended up having to do the job myself anyway. How they can claim to be a professional cleaning company is beyond comprehension. More...

Thankyou for the review . But not a true or accurate story … When we arrived you stated straight away you had left it in a disgraceful way . The whole house was covered in animal urine (dogs ) and excremate . Bird poo on the doors and walls in the lounge . Thick mould everywhere on the windows and walls . Blue tac on the walls , the carpets was horrific from dog urine . This house had never been cleaned . It had been completely trashed by you as tenants and you should be ashamed of yourselves how you left it . This whole house needs steam cleaning and re decorating . Even your next door neighbour came and looked and said you had trashed it . Food in the fridge 3 months out of date the smell I doubt they will easily get rid of . I had completely under quoted hence you was quick to give me another £20 that I never asked for , as you knew yourself it was in a terrible state then left very quickly as I should think you was embarrassed by the st state of the house . The poor vicar who rented it to you must be praying for better tenants . I think you have a cheek to even leave this review as it was the worst house I have ever seen . No attitude at all from me you was messaging me when I was working . You didn’t ask me to return to correct and then accuse me of leaving the back door un done when any rubbish I chucked out of the window on to the other crap you had piled high outside . You as tenants think it’s acceptable to leave this house with no oven or carpets washed knowing they are left in a poor state .you never once stated till we arrived the state of the house or that you had dogs and parrots freely toileting in the house . I will be contacting the estate agents to support them with any pictures of you as tenants so this doesn’t happen again to other landlords . Disgraceful
