How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
There are many factors to consider generally speaking as long as you own or have permission and the garage is brick built then it’s suitable for a conversion.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Typically a garage conversion will have the door removed and be bricked up with a window installed. The walls, floor and ceiling will be insulated. New electrics will be installed additional doors and windows can be added.
Garage Conversions
Garages are great low cost conversions as these are usually situated within the house already and are of a perfectly sized space to convert they can be converted quite quickly without any disruption to the rest of the house within approximately 4 weeks.
Loft Conversions
Loft conversions are a great space to convert if you havent got the space to extend out then extend up a typical loft conversion can add beautiful master bedroom with En suite or even two smaller bedrooms with shared bathrooms.
