Landmark did a good job for myself and my neighbour. Both our driveways suffered from areas of lifted pavers, which were unsightly and trip hazards. The Landmark team lifted all the pavers, removed roots, and relaid with new substrate. Old pavers were replaced and new ones added, such that the driveway looks almost new. Our forecourt area at High Trees, (a block of 16 flats in Branksome Park) was covered in concrete paviours over 60 years ago. Although largely sound, it was considered tired and out dated. We decided to cover the area with coloured Resin bond material and requested estimates/quotes from local installers. We were contacted by three interested parties, who visited the site and tendered their estimates. We changed the specification based on the suggestions and advice provided by Landmark Construction. Allowing all contractors to price like for like. Landmark were awarded the contract, being £1145, and £2050 respectively, lower than the other two quotations. John and Rick, started the job on the day and time promised and completed as predicted, whilst accommodating a couple of our changes to the original spec.
