How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I get clients to dig deep as to what their motivation is and I explore what has been getting in the way. I create bespoke fitness programmes which cater for all levels and my PT sessions are fun. I mix things up so they are never boring. Outside of our PT sessions, I explore with clients ways they can exercise that they can keep to.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret of getting the body of your dreams is consistency, knowing your "why" and having realistic goals. As well as the long term goal, it's vital to break those down into short term goals too so you can keep on track.
What do you love most about your job?
I like helping people change their mindset and limiting beliefs to acheive goals they didn't think were possible. I love helping people understand what their values are and to design a life that is aligned with those values. I'm known to be challenging and to get people to go outside of their comfort zones. As a Personal Trainer I love working with people who haven't exercised for a long time, are overweight and wouldn't usually go to the gym.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a mid-life crisis that caused me to turn to medication (antidepressants) and I had a terrible reaction to them. I wrote a best selling book on my experience and I began a path to find alternatives to mood-boosting medication. I trained with many of the world's leading coaches and self-development leaders. I'm passionate about helping people with skills not pills. I want them to create a life aligned with their values and can help people turn any adversity into an opportunity for change and growth.
Why should our clients choose you?
My clients should choose me if they want to be challenged to go outside of their comfort zone and are open to the idea that their beliefs may not be serving them in the long term. As well as being a highly trained coach with qualifications from two leading academies, I'm also a qualified personal trainer and I'm passionate about helping people to acheive their health and fitness goals.

Yes on zoom or googlemeet. I am also flexible about timings and can work early morning (yes really early!) and at the weekends.
Life Coaching
I generally offer bespoke packages of either 12 or 6 weekly sessions (sometimes people prefer to work once per fortnight). Our work together begins with a 2.5 hour Discovery Session where we explore every area of your life and discuss your goals. The rest of the sessions are around 1 hour and in between sessions I offer text and phonecall support.
