I selected K&L because they weren’t overly pushy in their response to my ad, and were friendly and helpful when I spoke to them, and flexible about timing. I booked them for a deep clean for house purchase and they did a great job, taking that pre-move stress away, turning a slightly dusty lived in space into a clean and sparkly new home, including clean windows, shiny taps, shampooed floors, and lovely lemony freshness. Luke and his partner did a fantastic job on our end of tenancy clean. After a quick exchange of message, they were over the next day to inspect and quote. Beyond what I originally asked for, I presented them with a problem with my garden too - needing a few tip runs and a jet wash. They were happy to add this service on, in addition to the full clean originally requested - all at a very reasonable price. I can’t sing this companies praise enough. I had to move from my small flat, and wasn’t able to be around to meet Luke. I’d booked a company to clear the flat, and only half the mess got cleared . Luke found utter chaos when he arrived. He quickly did another quote there and then, which was really reasonable. Cleared the chaos and did a deep clean. The photos of the work show clearly how good a job was done. This was then confirmed by my landlord being very happy with how the flat was now.

Very impressive with Luke and his good lady wife. I liked Luke’s manner on the phone when he was enquiring about the job. Unsure about start day as waiting to move into my new flat Luke Told me not to worry as could fit me in at my convenience . So the job started on a Monday. I really can not rate this company highly enough.
I couldn't believe my eyes, the carpets are like brand new after being in such a rotten state with puppy and old dog signatures all over them! !! I thought they would have to be replaced but Luke worked for hours to give them new life. Thank you so much More...

Luke was fantastic, no nonsense, no rip offs, he came and did the job on short notice and was really polite. Lots of people in Brighton are rude and will rip you off / take you for a mug, so Luke is a rare find. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. We had an end of tenancy property to clean with a very pernickety landlord who wanted every single nook and cranny cleaning. K and L did just that and left the place absolutely spotless.
