Following Jack & co’s excellent work in my own garden I recommended them to my 95 year old Mum (formerly an avid gardener herself) but sadly due to her age the garden had become overgrown

Jack and colleagues did a large amount of work for us, removing a large ivy from our house, cleaning the window frames, clearing moss from our roof, repointing roof tiles and chimney stacks, fitting new soffits, fascias and guttering. They absolutely transformed the look of our house from quite tatty into something really pleasant in the space of 4 days. They were also very pleasant and hard working, they gave me a competitive price for the work and they were happy to talk through any and all concerns. I recently hired Jack's Team from JW Improvements to rejuvenate my garden. It was completely overgrown, broken fences, various infected plants, and most of the grass was dying. The team did a fantastic job clearing the garden, removing infected plants and old patios, and preparing the area for new turf. They laid fresh turf across the entire garden and turned over the flower beds, ready for new planting. They also installed new featherboard fences which are a great colour!

The team was exceptionally knowledgeable and hardworking. They kept the site tidy every night and kept me updated throughout the project. We're blown away by the incredible transformation Jack & his Team achieved with our garden! We had a challenging space – two separate gardens with a significant slope. Jack and his team expertly levelled the entire area, carefully removing soil and old structures via our difficult side access.

They then installed gorgeous decking, a raised patio, long rear fence with trellis, and new flower beds, all while keeping us informed and ensuring we were happy with every step.

My fence blew down from strong winds! I have used JW previously and have been happy! Jack and his dad give me a really reasonable quote and advised me on best option because i wanted strong sturdy fence! This was done on weekend because we did originally booked for week days but due to illness it had to be resheduuled! I did not think they were going to finish in 2 days! BUT THEY DID! they just got on with it! There was no short cuts, work was done professionally and proper! I did tested it too and did a few pull ups and muscle up on it to check the strength 💪😅 fab! I used JW improvements (jack) and his side kick helper jim also known as "dad) 😀 was brilliant, professional and very couteous! They tidy up my garden and replace some rotten decking too in readiness for a bbq in honour of my late husband birthday! Work was completed in 2 days and jack even bought a couple of flower pots to brighten up the garden and Dad helped weed the front porch too! 😀 Bonus!
