I have worked for John Jasper Care since July this year and I cannot speak highly enough of the support & service I have received. After a 'bump in the road' with my career, I was interviewed by Lee who understood exactly what I was going through and explained the opportunities I could have working with the John Jasper team. The rates of pay were higher than other recruitment companies, including a pay rise after 12 weeks, double time bank holidays and holiday pay. I currently work at a placement that suits my background in healthcare who also value me as much as any other member of their permanent staff. Alongside work, my college course has also been accommodated by the placement who have been extremely fair with acknowledging my personal development.After 6 months working for John Jasper care, I am still in regular contact with Lee and the team who are available to help whenever needed. I heard about John jasper from my friend I sent them my C.V got an interview practically straight away the process was easy and fast the Interview was more of a chat and very relaxed and friendly lee and lucy are extremely friendly and helpful I have since done shifts for the agency and they couldn't have been anymore helpful providing transport when needed wages where always on time and correct they always had shifts available good run business friendly and reliable would highly recommend.

Very good service. I enquired about a certain position and was persuaded to consider another by meeting the operations manager at one of their establishments and was hooked. with support from Lee I sailed through the interview, and now I feel so much more supported, valued and respected than I have felt in years and the pay is a marked improvement for me too!
