I am so pleased we found Jed at JHA. I posted a job on Bark in a bit of a panic as as soon as we started our building work our neighbour asked us to stop so they could have a survey done, after previously telling us we could go ahead. Jed called me within about 2 minutes of placing the job, and walked me through the options, timings and costs clearly. Speaking to him made me immediately less stressed, and he helped me plan the next steps. As this was urgent, he also explained that he would do everything he could to help us and work as fast as possible so the delay would be minimal. Jed has gone above and beyond, being incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, keeping me informed every step and doing everything he could to make our lives easier. At one point, this even included him recommending we work with the surveyor our neighbours had appointed, instead of him, as that would keep our costs down. The neighbours wouldn't allow this, but we really appreciated Jed's honesty. He has been a pleasure to work with and has made a very stressful situation much easier to bear, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, especially if your neighbours are particularly challenging. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We now write our Schedule of Condition reports in the office rather than writing our Schedule of Condition reports whilst in peoples properties.

Serve Party Wall Notice(s) for Building Owners desirous of carrying out works that come under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996
Schedule of Condition Report
We will visit the Adjoining Owners(neighbours) home and take photographs of relevant areas of their home and then compile a small written report with the photographs being referenced noting any existing defects before Notifiable works under the Party Wall etc. Act 1996 start.
Party Wall Award
We prepare and serve the Party Wall Award which is a legally binding document that can control the Notifiable works. (A Schedule of Condition Report is included in this service.)
