John responded very quickly to our initial query, and visited us on the same day. So, an extremely prompt service! We were so impressed with their professionalism, that we also asked them to replace the (leaking) garage roof. Again, this was dealt with promptly and completed the following week. They also cut some trees down and cleared some old fencing panels, saving us a huge amount of time and effort. We are very pleased with all the work completed, disruption was kept to a minimum and their team were professional, friendly and very accommodating at all times. Johnnie gave me a quotation for my tree surgery the day I posted on Bark. He and his men arrived the following day to prune the trees. They completed the work completely to my satisfaction and cleaned up carefully when they finished. This was particularly important as all the branches had to be carried through my terraced house. I was contacted within hours of posting my request, with a site visiting the same afternoon. As it was a small job I was fitted in the following day!
They arrived at the specified time and worked diligently and professionally. My problem was resolved in a morning. Both workers were polite and friendly. They took away the debris, leaving the property clean and tidy.
