A10 Samsung ,screen replacement and charger module also. THOUGHT they could do the walk Then screen malfunction, returned to shop, awkward interaction, they suggested screen replacment etc etc I may have damaged hummhumm,9/21/21/ revisit/12/24 now third visit 19/12/24 screen like xmax tree no bells, no use at all. watch this space 60 GBP paid so far. pay to park minimum time 1 hour in shop, inconvenience, frustration, etc. .-3. Returned 19/12/24 staff look at at screen and decide to tell me physical damage, mantra in their customer service, your fault approach funny thing is upon first approach Fella says 40 2nd quality, 60 gbp first quality, never heard that in phone shop before.
