We have used Identity Destruction on a few occasions now. The team offer a competitively priced, efficient, friendly service and we trust them completely. As we drove up we were welcomed by Jordan, the Office Manager, who carried our 10kgs of documents to his office and after the initial paperwork, immediately took the papers to the shredder. I was invited to watch them being shredded. The shredded product is then bailed and sent off to be turned into toilet rolls! For us, the whole process was completed in a matter of minutes. What a great service. John was really friendly and helped me bring all the shredding in from the car. He weighed it all then took it into the back to be shredded. You can watch it all happen 'live' on a TV screen in reception. He then weighed the empty boxes again and too that off he bill. Definitely better than sitting by the shredder at home for hours! A great way of making sure any confidential files were destroyed safely. I was invited to watch it happen in front of me which was interesting.
