Hope Homecare Services provided exceptional care for my mother-in-law during a very challenging time.

We provide a person-centred package of personal care ensuring all your needs are carried out to the standard you require. Whilst promoting independence wherever possible Hope Homecare ensures dignity is maintained at all times.

Strip wash - Flannel or sponge wash in the sink or using a bowl
Bed wash – Flannel or sponge wash done in bed
Shower – Full shower including hair wash if required
Bath – Full bath
Application of creams – After washing or multiple applications per day as prescribed by the doctor or district nurse
Dressing/undressing – Getting ready for the day or bed
Grooming – Hair and shaving
Oral hygiene care – Including dentures

If assistance is needed with meal/fluid preparation – This can be included in your package or be the sole task in your package. We will build a care plan to your exact needs, including your likes and dislikes. Care Workers will always offer choices, to ensure your dietary and nutritional needs are fully met.

Our care workers our trained and monitored to provide efficient medication administration. Medication is very important and is taken seriously by Hope Homecare Services. Medication administration is monitored daily by our electronic MARS (Medication administration record sheets).
Out & About
Many people in our community confront obstacles that might undermine their confidence and independence, making them unwilling to leave their homes. This lack of confidence in their capacity to perform ordinary things like shopping, attending medical appointments, or participating in social events can have a significant influence on their quality of life. Recognising this need, we created the Out-and-About service, which is designed to provide vital assistance and support to service users who want to reclaim their independence outside of their homes.
Respite Care
We understand that care needs can change, and sometimes you need additional support in an emergency so your carer can take a break. We can provide Care Workers with a short break to allow the Service User’s family and carers to go on holiday, and know that their loved one is looked after, as an alternative to residential care.
Domestic Help
We understand that people receiving care may be unable to complete daily or weekly domestic tasks as they used to and need help. We are able to offer domestic cleaning and laundry as part of your package or solely. We aim to ensure your environment and living areas are clean and in line with infection control. We can set this up as part of your care package or as a cleaning package on its on to be completed in whatever intervals you request.
Shopping
Are you in need of support for your shopping needs? Hope Homecare is here to provide valuable assistance to service users and their families by taking on the responsibility of grocery shopping. Our goal is to ease the burden of this essential task, ensuring that you and your loved ones always have access to the items you require.
Sleeping & Waking Nights
Sleeping night care is a type of homecare service where a caregiver stays overnight in the home of an elderly, disabled, or chronically ill individual to provide support and assistance during the night. This type of care is particularly helpful for individuals who require regular monitoring or assistance during the night, such as those with dementia or who need assistance with daily activities like toileting, medication management, or mobility.
