Paul our installer was very polite and very amenable he did a great job of sorting out all the incorrectly fitted insulation and topped it up the the recommended amount as determined by regulations, he was very tidy and did not make any mess we are well pleased with the results.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Surveyors and installers have masks and over suits to protect customers annd themselves and are happy to wear a face mask during all conversations if the customer wishes.
