Boiler needed replacing and as Joe replaced my bathroom 5yrs ago, I knew how efficient & professional he was, so asked him to do the job.
From contacting him, he made arrangements to visit for quote within a few days & once agreed, date was set for job to be done.
Always on time, would keep in contact if any issues. Job done professionally & cleaned up afterwards.
Lovely fella, wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again for future jobs and would highly recommend him.

To keep my customers safe from COVID-19, I have implemented several changes and safety measures. Here are some examples of the types of changes I have made:
1. **Enhanced Hygiene Practices**:
- Regular hand washing and use of hand sanitizer before, during, and after each job.
- Disinfecting tools and equipment between jobs.
- Wearing gloves and changing them regularly.
2. **Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)**:
- Wearing face masks and face shields while interacting with customers or working indoors.
- Providing PPE for all staff members.
3. **Social Distancing**:
- Maintaining a safe distance from customers and other workers whenever possible.
- Limiting the number of workers on-site to reduce contact.

- Regular health checks for myself including temperature checks.
