What do you love most about your job?
Providing a bespoke, highly individual experience to the couple who choose to experience their Wedding in such a special location. I aim to exceed all expectations with an exceptional attention to detail, and thoroughly enjoy seeing a special event turned into something exceptional.
For other events it is a pleasure to ensure the guests who come to Greyfriars leave with a sense of a memorable occasion that will be remembered for years to come.
What inspired you to start your own business?
This spectacular site should be seen and experienced, such a rare gem of a place needs people and events to bring it to life. This was my motivation, to see guests make fabulous memories and provide a first rate service.

Firstly Greyfriars is a venue unlike all others, with the stunning beauty of the mansion house and with the majestic and romantic Franciscan Abbey ruins standing tall a mere 100m away. With its mature rose gardens, formal lawns and parkland views in all directions and distant sea views, it has it all.
Secondly as a family business we are highly invested in ensuring each of our guests achieves the event of their dreams, and we work tielessly to achieve this.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our function spaces and accommodations have excellent ventilation. Our cleaners use appropriate products and follow a stringent cleaning protocol.
