Terry offered absolutely amazing support and explanation to all aspects before the instalation. The team did nice job and the roof is still as watertight as pre installation. My power needs were assessed accurately and the proposed equipment and installation costs explained.
At all times I was kept informed and consulted (where appropriate) on the siting of the various items both indoors and on the roof.
The installation team were extremely knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and respectful of myself and the property. I was shown each piece of equipment, their role and operation and use of the monitoring app was also explained. The whole system works well and is super efficient.

The sales man Terry came up for a survey on the Tuesday the Pannels were on the roof the following Wednesday working there was a wee fault the electrical engineer was back 2 day later and fixed the problem so I will give them full marks

I carried out a lot of research on Solar PV systems and was in intact with a number of companies for quotations. Terry provided a clear package at a clear price without trying to confuse the issue with estimated figures that could not be substantiated. This was set against quotes from different companies at varying prices, representatives of whom
were not always able to answer questions I had with satisfactory answers. Terry offered knowledge and experience, with some helpful pointers that were not forthcoming elsewhere. We are looking forward to our installation so cannot comment as yet on the full process. More...

Had 12 Solar panels and battery system fitted 1 month ago .All working as expected .Very rapid follow up and fitting service with no issues and very competitive price . Very happy overall.

Only downside was roofers fitting rail/anels in the dark. They weren't fitted in line or square to the roof, also fixings missing the truss. They did return to rectify but some fixings still not into truss. Every other aspect, sales, electricians and Sophia in the office were 1st class. A big thankyou to Sophia who was very helpful with after sales aswell.
