Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
We bring all relevant supplies and equipment, therefore customers will not be required to provide any of these. Please kindly ensure Hot Water, Running Water, Electric, Lighting is adequate with no interruption for the site visit. Also any pets must be put away for the site visit to ensure staff are safe at all times.

Being placed at risk from previous employment, inspired me to run my own company, setting the bar higher for ethical and moral standards.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Customers are able to request Covid-19 distancing procedures and or any other procedures should they wish to, please kindly inform us ahead of the scheduled appointment in order for us to meet these additional requirements
Property Inventories
We carry out Property Inventories for Landlords, Check In Reports, Check Out Reports, Periodic Inspections, we are able to liaise with tenants directly to carry out these inspections and send directly to parties concerned.
Locksmith
We provide out of hours Locksmith Services, for lockouts, door faults/lock faults. We also provide routine services such as repairs & maintenance to doors (composite/upvc) windows upvc. In addition to providing replacement locks and keys for landlords/homeowners/tenants.
Professional Carpet Cleaning
We are able to provide Professional Carpet Cleaning and can usually be booked in same day, we are able to remove stains and assist in returning carpets to as new condition, please do not hesitate to send us your enquiry with pictures and we will do our best to assist.
End Of Tenancy Deep Cleaning
We are able to provide a thorough deep clean to include fridge/freezer, Oven, Hobs, Extractors, Professional Carpet Cleaning, Window Cleaning. Dusting of skirting Boards, Windows, Bathroom Cleaning and ensure property is returned back to the Landlord in pristine condition. We can also assist customers in weekly/bi weekly cleaning. We can also assist those who may require cleaning and have complex requirements such as those with disabilities, elderly, vulnerable. We go the extra mile!
Professional Oven Cleaning
We provide a deep clean of ovens, we can assist homeowners in restoring Oven, Hobs, Extractors to new condition, we are also willing to change your Extractor filter, subject to customers ordering these in advance of the appointments.
Handyman Services
We can attend and fit items such as bathroom furniture to walls, fit bedroom furniture. We can assist in making building furniture such as items purchased from Wayfair, Ikea, Dunelm etc. We offer a Blind and Curtain fitting service to also include measurements for customers who may find this difficult as well as offering in home advice.
