Conor as project manager keep me informed all the way about the process of the building and unforeseen extras on a weekly basis. We came in over budget, but i had budgeted for this, however it turned out to be better than i had anticipated the finished project and i also added in bits that were not originally planned for originally. The building team were very respectful to my family, neighbours and conscious of ensuring on a daily basis the place was left clean and clear even my neighbour commented positively. It was a worrying time once we had our planning approval! Trying to choose a builder was quite stressful to begin with until we met Conor through someone at work. A number of years ago I had a new kitchen fitted by someone who did a terrible job. Not the case with Conor and his team who overall, we cannot fault.
