Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
Yes, the cleaner will bring their own supplies and equipment, however if there are any specialist cleaning products you would prefer they use, then the cleaner can use your products provided, please just mention at the quotation visit of your preference so this can be noted down.
What do you love most about your job?
I have a passion for highly detailed cleaning and wanted a business I could combine my passion for cleaning and also fit around my family. What makes my job even more worthwhile is when completing a clean and seeing the joy and relief on my client's faces when they see the cleaning results, it makes all the difference and the hard work so much more enjoyable. I honestly think if I had the same reaction from my own family, I would also enjoy cleaning my own home much more!
What inspired you to start your own business?
s a mum of 4, I understand how challenging cleaning can be whilst trying to manage a busy work, family and social life and sometimes there aren’t enough hours in the day. We all could do with a little help from time to time, especially when the “it takes a village” doesn’t always exist and often you find yourself juggling multiple tasks. Which is one of the reason's I started Gleam and Pristine Cleaning Co, to be able to balance a job that I love around my children and family.

Our aim to build long lasting working relationships with all client's, so if you are just looking for a regular clean to keep on top of your general cleaning needs on a biweekly or ad-hoc basis or perhaps you need a monthly clean or deep clean to help take some of the pressure off, we're always here to help, whenever you need us.

We offer cleaning quotations based on the size of the property, the level of cleaning required to achieve our high cleaning standards which is why we will always request a walk through clean discussion at your home, before providing a final fixed price to complete the clean.
We don’t offer a hourly rate service, but we do offer and provide is a bespoke cleaning service tailored for your home, we provide a detailed cleaning plan with all the cleaning tasks included within the price, ensuring there is full transparency of the level of service provided.This a free non obligation quotation and we will never pressure or chase our clients for a decision as we prioritise our cleans on a first come first serve basis
For our regular cleans we offer the first two sessions as a trail clean and provide an initial fixed price quotation to complete the first two cleans, we will assess the buildup and workload between each clean and on occasions the quote may need to be adjusted. Client’s can then make a decision on whether to continue with our cleaning services going forward.
