My service request was promptly dealt with, but the date was dependent on the availability of parts which might have been required. In the event, no parts were required and it seemed that my problem was caused by all the plastic clips on the drive shaft being open - their spring-loaded hinges having stuck in the open state, and the door travel limit switches having somehow lost their settings. Resetting the limit switches and lubricating the clip hinges fixed the problem. The work was completed within the first hour of the call-out and no parts were needed. I'm a happy customer. More...
