I can highly recommend Galaxy. I used their new build service which has been excellent from start to finish. Mathew first visited me at home with samples and keeps measurements of new build house types so a quote can be given there and then. The fitters arrived promptly on key day and were very neat and finished the job quickly. Blinds are excellent quality and look fantastic in the house. Would recommend this company to everyone especially those buying a new build and wanting to be organised!! Galaxy cleverly keep house type window sizes and give you a quote prior to moving in! The minute we walked in to meet Ron to discuss our options for blinds, we felt so welcomed and at ease. Ron had various types of blinds out ready to show us, lots of variety of colours and styles. We went through each room in our house choosing the right blind. Ron had a wealth of experience and knowledge which made the process very easy for us. We cannot thank him enough for this. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Galaxy Window Blinds again. There was a major issue with times on one of the blinds I ordered despite a couple of times being promised but never arrived and pushed back to later dates. An issue can happen, however it’s the way an issue that is handled by companies that scores the brownie points. Ron was fantastic arranging a temporary set until my original ones arrived and offering a further discount given the inconvenience of the length of time to wait.
