Frank's tree and garden care

Quick response, turned up on time, did the work as asked for. The quote was more expensive than I'd imagined, I suggested a lower fee and Frank was happy to accept £100 less than the quote. As a general point which probably applies to other companies as well as Frank's; I think if a company is prepared to drop a quote by £100 there is a question here about what a day's work for 2 gardeners, clearing weeds and cutting back shrubs and taking away rubbish is really worth. I'm glad I found Frank through Bark, he did a good job, and I will certainly use his service again, but I think it would help to have more guidance on Bark about prices and what one should expect to have to pay. Unfortunately Frank had had a break-in at his premises so was distracted and minus equipment. The job wasn't finished adequately which has caused an injury following a fall over unfinished work. Frank arrived on time to quote me for the job and we talked about different options to make my front garden easier to manage. He took the time with me even though it was raining heavily. He arrived on the date and at the time agreed. I was out at work for the day. I returned to the job almost completed. I was delighted. He and his crew worked hard and I'm incredibly happy with the completed job. I will without doubt call Frank again for some other work that I need doing at some point. They arrived on time to give me an estimate on the removal of my tree.

Frank answered my call within 15 mins. He arrived on the time scheduled and initially had a problem with my tree stump. He damaged two if his tools whilst cutting it. Within 15 minutes of calling Frank returned my call and wa around an hour later looking at what needed doing, gave a really good estimate and started work the same afternoon. Gave a lot of advice and did exactly what we needed. Came around the following day to finish the job and both Frank and Jack cleared up all of the remains of the trees and shrubs. Great company too and gave lots of ideas. We have also booked him in again to do our hedge and remove our other garden waste. Would highly recommend him and really pleased at what has been done. He arived as scheduled and carried out his duties, as tree stump grinding to a very high standard,
