I met with Jake, once a week for a workout. He worked me just hard enough to be effective, but still achievable. He also offered workout to do at home.
I'd recommend this if your motivated enough to work out at home ,& good with everything on an app.

I started personal training with Jake a month ago and can’t recommend him enough, he is friendly and approachable and keeps you motivated. Since I started PT sessions with Jake, my energy levels have improved and I feel that my fitness level is getting stronger by the week! Adopting a new Lifestyle with a sustainable evidence-based Training and Nutrition plan, coupled with hard-work and commitment. No Fads - Learn and develop new practices and routines that work for you.
What do you love most about your job?
I am passionate about Health and Fitness, and I love being around positive people who want to better themselves. Training is something that I've always used to keep myself focused, happy and disciplined. I really enjoy helping people to develop and progress their Fitness and Health, reaping the benefits that come from a Healthier lifestyle... plus I always learn something from them too!
What inspired you to start your own business?
After 8 Years' in Corporate Business as a Sales Manager, I am now a Full-Time Single Working Dad. I have stepped away from the 'rat-race' of 12/13 hour days, 6/7 days per week, chasing the 'Money'... and I now enjoy managing Myself and my Business, in an industry that I love for something that gives me a lot more joy than just Finances. This Career enables me to actively do something that I love, have the time and freedom for Me and my Daughter, and help people discover their new habits, enjoying a Healthier, Fitter and Happier lifestyle.

Choose me if you want an Honest, Client-Focused and Hands-On approach. This isn't about me, it's about you - I give every single one of my Clients the same amount of Time, Care and Attention with tons of added value along the way. I limit my active working week to 25 hours (outside of Programming, Check-ins, Consultations, etc..), meaning that I don't over-commit and can provide the correct consistent level of care and service to every Client, helping them achieve Goals and Targets set.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Equipment is sanitised after use. Daily and Weekly cleans are conducted on all areas and equipment used.
