An initial one hour consultation where we will discuss your main concerns, a food and exercise diary to complete and working out your goals and help to navigate a way forward that’s best for you.
Personalised nutrition and exercise guidance to help increase muscle mass and reduce fat.
Mindfulness and yoga inspired strategies to help with relaxation, stress relief and a general sense of wellbeing.
Weekly support and guidance sessions

I can offer hourly support sessions, advice and coaching for women going through the menopause journey
who may be struggling with self-esteem, weight gain, nutrition or mood swings.

A one off service which will include a telephone consultation, food, exercise and lifestyle assessment, a personalised program with fitness, diet and wellness guidance just for you. The focus can be on getting fitter, sleep, weight management or stress.
