What do you love most about your job?
Providing clients with the knowledge to meet their needs. The clients needs are always somewhat individual, whether it be a landlord-tenant disagreement matter, or a property owner worried about mould - to inspect their property and give them the detail and assurance they need is always a pleasure.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To provide a good quality service, adhering to my own moral codes and business ethics.

No, our inspections require a visit. But we are always happy to discuss concerns over the phone and will do our best to provide you assurance.

We will always remain mindful of the on-going nature of the Covid outbreak, and as such communicate clearly with the client, in terms of distancing where deemed neccessary and maintaing health of everyone involved.
Damp Survey
A damp and mould inspection of your property carried out in rigorous detail. This inspection covers the internal and external, focussing on all issues relating to dampness, including but not limited to; groundwater issues, drainage, penetrating and rising damp, ventilation, condensation, leaks and insulation.
We will provide a detailed written report of all findings, conclusions and recommendations.
Damp and Thermal Imaging Survey
A damp and mould inspection of your property carried out in rigorous detail, with the inclusion of thermal imagining to provide additional detail in the technical diagnosis and conclusions.
We will provide a detailed written report of all findings, conclusions and recommendations.
We can also provide an estimation of costs for any recommended remedial works, and go as far as to project mamage the process from there on if required under separate agreement.
Thermal Imaging Survey
A thermal imaging survey utilises a thermographic camera, taking photos of the entire property, which is then anaylzed and detailed in a report.
The findings and conlusions will typically focus on;
- hidden moisture / dampness
- cold bridges / spots
- insulation issues
- general defecta highlighted
Property Condition Analysis
This inspection style focuses on covering the entire property/building, in terms of identifying and assessing existing defects, as well as risk areas for any future concerns.
The written report will include a defects schedule ‘rating’ each defect in terms of severity level, thus highlighting any required remedial works.
The aim is to provide property owners with the knowledge to make informed decisions on their property.
