I approached Feel Design Limited upon the recommendation of a friend. I had some ideas about what I wanted my website to look like and had written the content; but I had been unable to design a logo which I felt represented the ethos of my counselling practice, nor was I quite certain of the visual branding. Initially seemed very good but the outcome was generally poor. Appeared to outsource a lot of the work with poor results. The professional photos we requested were of a very poor standard and we ended up having to get them done elseware . Generally very distracted with a poor attention to detail resulting in us having to pick up on every detail (e.g. James seemed incapable of lining up the opening times in the footer so they were straight). The final website also has an incredibly low speed rating as it is chock full of unnecessary plug-ins which slow it down. We have moved to another provider at the first opportunity and will incur more costs to get the website up to standard. This is rather disappointing. The photography was based on Photoshopping the labels of all products onto the various containers, which was outsourced to get done on time and when it was decided they did not look realistic, was 50% refunded. No mention was made of speed issues until now, a few days after launch. The opening times I advised, for mobile sites etc to not put in a table etc, this seems to mainly stem from you not being able to get emails working and even when our hosts confirmed from logs that you were inputting the passord incorrectly, and mailed you, you denied this, and moved them back, breaking your site in the process until I sorted the DNS. Then, after having told me you were totally happy, at the end of the project and would just be adding photos, without any discussion, told us you were moving hosting, and then put this review up. It is a very disappointing end to things and not the way jobs go for us at all.

Created my new business logo very fast and I love it ! James was very helpful and with fast response times, I look forward to working with him again.
