Brilliant service. Flight delayed but that wasn't an issue as driver had already been in contact so he was aware and informed us where to meet him. We needed to change pick up time and was able to do so with an email. The driver who collected us to take us back to the airport was early and again contacted us to let us know he had arrived. Our driver had messaged us as we landed at the airport and despite over an hours delay through passport control, was waiting in arrivals as promised with clear instructions given as to where to locate him. A brilliant service. First time I have ever used something like this before. I booked for around an hour after I had landed. We landed much earlier than expected so I was prepared to get a coffee and wait for the time I’d requested. There was no need because the driver had been watching my flight and was there waiting for me which was great after 30+ hours of travelling. Communication was great.
