recently had the pleasure of working with Energy Efficiency to install an air conditioning unit in my third-floor flat in Leighton Buzzard. Where do I start, Baly and Dave did an amazing job on our AC unit for the living room within reasonable price and also within few days of coming out. . The advice and recommendation was EXCELLENT. I was quote way more for a 2.5kw by a different company, but when Baly came out to quote me, she was very informative, lovely to chat and laugh with and on top of that beat the price of quote I was given by different company and a much powerful and economical AC unit which was 3.5kw. Ac was dilivered the next day after home visit while I hadn’t even made initial deposit. Dave was really great and professional, works really hard and tidy up after himself. He went beyond to fix a lot of electrical work around the house for me without even me requesting for it and he didn’t charge me, even when I was willing to pay he refused. We are already thinking of another unit for bedroom, and believe me I will be returning without thinking twice.

When I was doing my research regarding AC supply and instillation, Bark recommend Energy Efficiency Experts and been in contact with them, in the start I was not sure, had many concerns and didn't feel safe to go for such a project blindly through online communication, but the professional, respectful and honest way of communication from day one and all through the process was enough to rest my mind in peace, I did my home work, looks around and couldn't find better quote, they supply and installed three units in my house , took only 4 days from the day I said confirmed. The whole team, including engineers, were professional & polite from initial contact through to operational explanation & handover. They also provide a competitively priced, continuous service package for both our new and existing Air Conditioning units.

Through consulting with Baly, we were also advised, on how to reduce our cellar cooling operational costs. By replacing the old Cellar Cooler unit and adding additional energy saving products, our costs have been reduced, by more than 50%.
