First of I thought this great I paid for deep clean explained wat all need done before they got here half way few few more ppl showed up then a few wer jus standing like they didn't know wat they were doin I paid for full carpet clean meaning bedroom and living room they only done bedroom. an took them 5 mins an they stained it green I told them plz bring ur own cleaning stuff the brought polise that was it polish like really now goin back a few months an I kept getting a smell of a man's piss iv dogs n I know the smell between a dog an a human an I found a soiled puppy pad which my dog wudn be able to soak the while thing I'm disabled they knew I was vaunerable an half way threw I got a call wer gonna ask another 200 cuz iv had to send more ppl ppl that stood n done nothing then iv jus noticed alot of my makeup has gone missing aswell o an my dog cudn get a puppy pad under the small wardrobe I believe thers more I spilt juice an cuz it's made it wet again the smell is disgusting human piss an I bet thers another 1 under ther but I can't reach it an im sitting here thinking I watch tiktoks all time an price is discussed wen the customer says wasn needed my place wasn that bad it jus needed boxed taken out an clear the kitchen the rest all they did was vacuum there was no wiping down everything that's done in deep clean I was grateful until I started noticing all these things so I reached out to genie clean an spoke with her basically iv been scammed by them I brought my solicitor out to let her smell she agreed hum pee an that why didn they come back for rubbish and why did they change price half way threw an more so I'm going ahead an goin to sue the company takin advantage of a disabled woman that's low More...

Hi Victoria, I would like to address your outright allegations and lies regarding this matter. My team was booked for a simple one bed home deep clean with no pets and no smokers which turned out to also not be true due to the dogs and birds which relieve themselves on the floor, once they arrived at the property it was in a much worse condition that required me to send 4-5 additonal cleaners for 6 more hrs instead of 2 for 2 hrs. I will not reveal the conditon as to save you embarrassment but it was a much bigger and drastic job including pets, and your requests to make your bed and move your funiture around to “mix things up” and to steam clean your carpets which had wax and mould growing from it. The price that we charged you was much lower then any other company would’ve charged you and not many other companies would have stayed after seeing the conditions as it was a health and safety hazard. You had nothing but glowing things to say about the team and clean that I can quote down below and my team came back multiple times for a while to keep on top of it for you but following weeks of no payment they stopped. Please retract your review as i don’t want to have to post any proof, we are a small business and reviews are very important for us. My team never would’ve stole anything this is absolutely a lie and they brought a van full of their own equipment ranging from carpet steamers down to sponges, again this can be proved. Also I don’t appreciate receiving an email just there now saying you are going to financially ruin my business and other threats due to lies. Please see below just some of the quotes following the clean. “can u book me in for a fortnight from now for a standard clean please your teams brilliant and very professional they didn make me feel 1 bit embarrassed I wish I'd done it sooner now”, “I wanna give them a we tip next week aswell for being so nice an amazing at ther job”, “Yes that would be fantastic I really do wanna do that because they've done an amazing job and I feel bad not giving them that today cause they have worked thier butt's of and I appreciate everybit of it iv never seen the place actually look like this thanks so much”, “ i wouldn't mess you guys around after the amazing job yas did”
