As life changing experiences go, this was up there with the best of them. ..learning to ride a bike...losing your virginity...getting married...the birth of your first child...getting divorced...Okay, okay I exaggerate...a bit. The point I'm trying to make is that I've got used to being let down by unreliable, unprofessional local tradesmen...who, if they can be bothered to turn up, produce sub-standard, overpriced work.
