They did a good job though but when I tried to arrange the next visit she wasn't available and couldn't commit to a date so the whole experience was a bit frustrating. Requested a contact on 30/4/24 for regular cleaning opportunity- Bark profile promised 2 day response. This has not been my experience- not yet had any response some 8 days later.

Hello, I'm very sorry, but I cannot be responsible for what the bark.com website guarantees. In the period from April 29 to May 12, I was on vacation and during this time I did not work with regular clients, much less acquire new clients. I doesn't reply to messages either. I understand your frustration, but I don't understand why it affects the rating of my services. I think this is not right
