On numerous occasions I needed to contact him and in every case he replied immediately. With a very short notice, I gave Designer Driveways Ltd the go ahead. We had a new lawn installed last year, not by Marian’s team, and this year it was a muddy, lumpy, mess due to poor installation. Marian recognised the problems immediately and was extremely tolerant of my husband and I being annoyingly particular due to our past problems. He explained what his team would do differently e.g. put in a drainage layer, compress and level it properly with a compactor and supply better quality grass. To be honest I thought his quote was expensive but we liked his obvious knowledge and wanted the job done properly this time.
