Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
During COVID we introduced remote quotations, they worked so well, we have kept them! We still offer site surveys and we can also visit to double check measurements etc should you wish to proceed...
We can usually provide you with a quotation if we can answer the 5 below questions;
1. What are the approximate measurements? (for example 3.2m x 4.5m)
2. Would you like a wood or composite subframe?
3. Do you have a deck board you prefer? (Browse the our online store at www.DecKing.Group or send us a link to one you have chosen elsewhere)
4. Any special considerations / requirements? (For example; Narrow road access for delivery vehicles, no direct access to site - materials/waste has to travel through a building or over a wall/fence, restricted working hours, accessibility considerations.
5. Can you send some recent photographs of the area via WhatsApp or email?
Once we have that information your quotation should be with you in 24 - 48 hours.
