Sent out an SOS yesterday morning and got a swift response from Carl offering me an appointment in the afternoon to come and sort out my problem.
Amazing! Carl arrived at my house early afternoon and attended to my leak without delay. He was determined to help me get my central heating working before he left. He worked non stop for over 2 hours until he solved the issue and my cranky central heating system was up and running successfully. He ensured that every radiator was working to full capacity before he left. I was greatly relieved. Despite working perhaps for longer than expected on a tricky problem Carl only charged me the amount quoted in his initial contact which was very reasonable considering the circumstances. Carl was polite friendly and efficient in every way and I would recommend him highly to anyone requiring urgent help with a plumbing problem in their home. I will definitely call on him again for help if I need it.

Karl responded within a few minutes to my request for an emergency callout and arranged to attend to the job, later the same day.
He was very polite and friendly, taking care to work out the best way of locating and fixing the leak, so as to keep costs down and avoid as little disruption to the home as possible.
The cost was very fair and reasonable. We will definitely use Karl again.
