What do you love most about your job?
We love caring for people. We have always put people first and enjoy making sure that individuals can live good lives
What inspired you to start your own business?
The business was started due to the growing need for care. The owner of the company had carers to his father and felt that there was a way of doing things better. Our approach has always been about the person and all service delivered is around their needs.
Why should our clients choose you?
We always deliver a person centred service. We are a small company and have a "family" attitude towards our customers and staff. People can expect regular carers who will know the individual they are caring for. Everything will be delivered with the person and their family in mind.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our care workers have completed Infection Control and hygiene training and are aware of the necessary precautions they need to take to ensure the risks to our service users are minimised. All staff are issued with appropriate PPE (face masks, aprons, gloves, hand sanitiser and face visors) to ensure our service user's safety from COVID 19
Home Care
We offer personal care in an individual's own home. This can be assistance with bathing, showering and dressing. Meal preparation, monitoring, giving or administering medication and ensuring people are independent and safe.
This service can be provided 24 hours a day 7 days per week.
Support
We can offer support for individuals to remain active and part of the community. This can include shopping calls, taking individuals out on social activities such as to community and day centres, clubs, coffee shops, days out of their choice.
Specialist/Complex services
We can offer support and care to people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health concerns and dementia. This will be provided by specially trained staff who have an understanding of individuals needs and requirements and how to manage complex care
