Had my carpets cleaned today, I’d already convince myself cleaning them would make no difference, so planned on changing all my carpets before Christmas, but decided to just clean one room to see if it would look any better, and to my surprise I don’t need to change my carpets now, the carpets looks completely different, so clean and fresh, I ended up having all bedroom, lounge and stairs carpet clean. The cost was very reasonable to the amount of work it was.

I hired cleanrite to do a full end of tenancy and carpet cleaning.
The carpets were really bad and I was worried that I would loose my deposit.
They clean everything superbly good, the carpets looks as new, every corner of the 3 bedroom house was as clean as could be.
The products they use smell really lovely, and the cost was really affordable, no hesitation in hiring them again, first time using a cleaning company and I will be using them for future cleans. More...

This is my second time using Cleanrite and on both occasions they exceeded my expectations. The first time using this company was to get my rug cleaned. Being a pet owner there was a lot of tough and stubborn stains which shop bought products were unable to remove. Excellent service - end of tenancy clean

Very quick to respond and arrange an appointment.
Cleaning was OK, if not overly thorough, but Natalie's manner chasing up payments several times within a few hours of the job being complete was very off-putting (especially as she was aware I was moving house that day - which is why the job had been booked) to the extent I would not wish to engage them again.

Hi Gary. The arrangement was to pay by cash, if that arrangement had changed you should of send me a text or called to let me know. We are an hour away from you, and the cleaners had to leave without payment. I called you twice, not several times. You should of called to let me know your new payment plan in the first instance. I haven't worked with you before, so I’ve just got to trust that you would pay, it’s nothing personal, but we’ve been in the situation of doing the job to satisfaction but haven’t been paid. I’m sure this is something you can understand.

I was originally happy to pay a bit more for the end of tenancy and carpet cleaning given that there was a time constraint. However, the agency ended up charging us regardless for things such as:
- A number of cobwebs at height
- Surface dust on the skirting boards and window sills
- The tiles behind the sink have not been wiped down
- The floor has not been swept or mopped

This is quite disappointing as the reason we hired a company was to not worry about things like above More...
