At a head office level, the service is quick, easy to use and convenient. If there’s a challenge (this happened infrequently but for example someone is ill), a replacement cleaner is immediately found and organised.
The cleaners themselves are professional, do a good job, friendly and of course build a relationship making it nicer to have them in your home.
Prior to finding Clean Home, I must have phoned at least ten other companies. Of those that actually did respond or call back, Clean Home were by far the most professional and competent.

The client provides the cleaning products and equipment which means we insure the cleaner for up to £2 million pounds worth of accidental damage.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Like many family businesses that like to give that extra personal touch and to provide a service lead by interaction with people as opposed to all being done over the phone or online.
We visit every client in person to find exactly what they’re in need of to make sure we can meet & exceed their expectations with the personal bespoke level of service
We meet every client and cleaner in person and despite interviewing dozens of cleaners, due to the high standard our clients expect we only recruit 4 to 5 cleaners in the extensive search. We endeavour to make the difference providing a service second to none that our clients deserve.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All of our cleaners are distancing themselves in your property working in opposite ends of the flat or house.
They are always polite enough to ask to swap rooms if you may be in at the time of the clean and need to clean that particular room that you are in.
Always use antibacterial hand gels before cleaning and as they clean they will also be using any antibacterial products you would like to provide for surfaces and alike.
