Bark put me onto CleanGreat when I was looking for a cleaner and I was very pleased with how easy Clean Great’s booking system is to use. Fred who oversees it is very professional when needing to cancel or change bookings. Debbie and her sister Jackie were fab, very friendly and worked to a very high standard. They were always punctual and I loved having a lovely clean house every time they came. They were lovely with my dog who tried his hardest to sabotage the clean by trying to get in the shower and attack the vac lol! I'm sorry to hear 10days later the clean was not up to standard. We have a 48-hour re-clean guarantee and you could have mentioned it in that period for the clean to be redone free of charge but instead praised the cleaning team on the phone and in the follow-up text a day later: Admin: Hi Bahee, the ladies have finished. They couldn't clean the rooms full of building gear but all others was done. Bahee: Thx a lot Really sorry the late reply... Admin: You're welcome Bahee.

Our sincere apologies your deep clean could not be done by your assigned cleaner. We totally agree the cleaner left it a bit late to inform you of their pending emergency that Sunday morning but also gave little notice to the company to provide cover. It was rather unprofessional, and a stain on the company's reputation of providing reliable and punctual cleaners for all its services. We take a dim view of such inconvenience caused to a customer. As such the cleaner has been relieved of all future assignments and no longer works with us.

We have an online booking system in place which requires the customer to fill in a form and to enter payment details in order to book an appointment. We have this in place to ensure only firm bookings are made. The system uses Stripe which is similar to Paypal to verify the customer's card details in the process. The customer does NOT get charged until after the clean has been completed and they are happy with the work done. The customer does not have to pay a deposit either. Unfortunately, Michael, we do not have a record of you making an online booking appointment with us even though we purchased your lead on bark and we are sorry to hear a cleaner did not turn up or phone about your clean. The reason we make our form accessible online is to enable customers to book appointments for regular, deep, or end tenancy cleans at their own convenience. Once a form is completed we get notified immediately, your cleaning team gets assigned your agreed date and time and a confirmation email sent out to you. It's that simple.

Requested a post tenant cleaning. Crew arrived and was very accommodating to my requests. Excellent job and the landlord approved. Great service
