Alan of Busy Bee Removals moved my daughter from London to Stratford on Avon last weekend with her belongings including approximately six items of furniture. We made last minute changes to the date and Alan was most accommodating.
His prices are competitive and his service is very professional.
He took extreme care in loading/unloading using protective materials and respecting my home. Above all he was so obliging and helpful showing great patience in assisting us to arrange items in the room. I would definitely use Busy Bee Removals again. Alan was on time and nothing was too much trouble. Alan is a lovely guy and worked really hard moving my furniture. Everything was moved carefully and efficiently. By accident I left my keys in the van and did not realise until Alan had left. Alan arrived on time, did the job and everything went well. Unfortunately due to motorway closures, travel took about four hours longer than expected, but all' s well that ends well. Would use use again.

Alan is full of chat and comes across as as affable as Del Boy, however if there are any changes in requirement (which lets face it happens when you move house) you get quite a different side.

I respectfully disagree that my customer service dropped below my very high standard. Furthermore, I've never had any other customer say I hadn’t shown any empathy when asked to re-arrange a booking, also before our conversation had ended we both said we understood each other’s point of view and you were booked in for the new date you had asked for. On the day of the job, I turned up on time as I always do, when I saw you, pleasantries were exchanged, you also had additional services done, the double bed dismantled and a double bed reassembled and the job was completed without any issues. I'm sad to see you felt the need to give me a 3-star review, instead of the other 5-star reviews I have. Kind Regards Alan Busy Bee Removals.

If you are anxious like me and worried about who to trust with your belongings then you need look no further. Alan at Busy Bee Removals is the man for you. From the offset he was friendly, professional, polite and very helpful. His quote was competitive and he tailored his services to meet my needs. As promised he treated my belongings as if they were his own ensuring the were wrapped in either bubble wrap or blankets and securely fastened for transporting using straps.
