Agreed appointment, they called me to change it to zoom call, never found the link, called back, they had no idea, suggested to look at junk email, next day called me back claiming I have an appointment today! So unprofessional is unbelievable.

As explained due to sickness our representative was unable to attend in person and so we offered you a video quotation at the original appointment time but, we were waiting on confirmation from you that this would be acceptable. Unfortunately, when you called back our office was closed and the call and a message was taken by our out of hours call answering service, hence the reason for our call to you the following day. Brilliant from start to finish - from the virtual sales call (COVID) through to fitting it was a Pleasure - no hard sell , professional polite and very customer focussed - double glazing companies have a reputation of being pushy , aggressive culture - They definitely buck this trend - I would recommend them in a heartbeat - we are planning to get new french doors next year and they will be first call on our list

I can only give this company a ten out of ten for service and the team and off course the windows, I have been recommending this company since the first time we called them ,there is never any pressure ,price was a factor as well being a top quality windows , installation was always carried out at our convenience by a hard working team who were polite and enjoyed a cup of tea .
